Instead, it enticed him with trials to test special abilities—gifts of fire, shadow, and light. Each test pushed Trinidad further from his goal, yet closer to unlocking untapped power. But hateful jealousy brewed in the heart of a nearby herbalist, who sabotaged the final trial with unstable magic. The ritual spiraled out of control, twisting Trinidad into Chi-Town the Enchanter, brimming with chaos and hell-bent on revenge.
